Front Desk

Check-in time / local time 16:00 to 22:00. 
Check-out time / local time 8:00 to 10:00. 
Reception hours / local time 8:00-11:00, 16:00-22:00
We have no curfew and lockout.

Lockout

Lockout between 11am and 4pm.
We kindly request our guests to leave the property during this hour for cleaning and maintenance.

Payment

Please pay full amount of your room fee when you check in.
We accept cash and credit cards, VISA, Master, AMEX, Diners, DISCOVER, JCB, RAKUTEN.

Baggage storage service

If you want to leave your luggage with us before check-in on the date of your arrival, in order to travel lighter during the day, you may do so by dropping by between 8am and 11am.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside of the building.
Please smoke in the smoking area only.

Rooftop

Rooftop is available for chatting, parties and barbeque. From 6am-9:30pm.

Key Deposit

¥1,000 Key deposit is required. We give it back to you when you check out.

Concerning the mascot-rabbit "Lappy"

We kindly ask our visitors with a corresponding allergy to abstain from touching Lappy for your own safety. 

Please cancell 4days before your arrival. We charge 50% cancellation fee 3days before your arrival and 100% cancellation fee 2days before your arrival.
